Refund policy

At Straptastic, we are committed to delivering premium-quality lighting products and a seamless shopping experience for every customer. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, so we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for returning or exchanging your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items purchased through our official website. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. If you simply change your mind, you may also return the item within the 30-day return window, provided the product is in new and unused condition.

Exchanges are accepted for new items only, and all exchanges must include the original box, packaging, and accessories. Used or damaged products, or those missing original components, cannot be exchanged. To ensure fairness and accuracy, customers are required to record an unboxing video when opening their parcel. This video serves as verification of the product’s condition upon delivery.

2. Return Window

Customers have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. In addition to this return period, all Straptastic products include a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

3. Product Condition Requirements

Returned or exchanged products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. The product must include all accessories, manuals, cables, and protective materials. We recommend that you carefully repack your item using the same materials provided in the original shipment to prevent transit damage. Products returned in used or damaged condition may not qualify for a full refund.

4. Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. We currently do not offer in-store or drop-off returns. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a downloadable and printable return label via email. Please attach the label securely to your parcel and ship it to the return address provided in the approval email. Returns sent without an approved label or tracking number may be delayed in processing.

5. Return Shipping and Costs

If your item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, Straptastic will cover the entire cost of return shipping. For non-defective returns such as change-of-mind requests, the return postage cost will be the customer’s responsibility. In both cases, the return label is provided via download and print, allowing customers to manage their returns conveniently and reduce unnecessary paper waste.

6. Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees applied to any return or exchange. Straptastic believes in fair and transparent refund policies. The full product value, excluding any original shipping fees where applicable, will be refunded once the return is approved.

7. Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the product to confirm eligibility. After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the funds to your account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as your original order, and the final credited amount may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates and bank fees.

8. Warranty Coverage

All Straptastic products include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers materials or workmanship issues that affect normal usage. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and may require photo or video documentation for verification.

9. International Scope and Currencies

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders shipped to the following countries and regions: United Kingdom (GBP), Australia (AUD), Denmark (DKK), United States (USD), Germany (EUR), Spain (EUR), France (EUR), Italy (EUR), Netherlands (EUR), Canada (CAD), Switzerland (CHF), and New Zealand (NZD). All refunds, replacements, and credits will be processed in the same currency used during the original purchase.

10. Important Notes

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. We strongly recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery. If the returned product fails inspection due to customer-caused damage, missing components, or signs of use, the refund may be declined or adjusted accordingly.
