1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or improper assembly during this period, Straptastic will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected product at no additional cost to you.

The warranty applies only to original purchases made through our official website (straptastic.co) and verified authorized partners. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice, is required for all warranty claims.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by factors outside of normal product use. Examples include, but are not limited to, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, electrical surges, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty also excludes:
– Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration resulting from everyday use.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty remains valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery, as verified by your order tracking or delivery confirmation. Repaired or replacement products provided under this warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To help us assess your claim quickly, we ask that you record an unboxing or issue video showing the defect clearly, along with supporting photos and your order details.
